At iTechno Inc we keep things simple and un-complicated. If a product is received and is in defective condition e.g. Dead On Arrival (DoA) or damaged, the product will be replaced with a new product. The product has to be shipped back to iTechno Inc with all original packing and accessories with no damage to serial numbers. Shipping charges for the return will be refunded. Once the product is received, we will test to see if the product is DoA and inspect the product for any damages due to misuse, burn outs or wrong handling, which the Warranty does not cover, and after this, if the product is found to be defective, we will get a new replacement from the brand and send it with shipping charges paid by us. In case a replacement is not available an alternate will be suggested or a full refund will be done. If product is defective or DoA, all delivery charges "from" and "to" will be borne by iTechno Inc
Most products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the same, if the product has not been opened and is in the same sealed condition. However this is product specific and has to be approved before a return can be done. Please send an e mail to returns<at>itechno.in to check if a product can be returned. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged if a product is returned. Please note, any product that has been opened and/or the seal tampered with, becomes a "used" product and as such CANNOT be treated as a return. Only sealed and/or unopened products can be considered for returns. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Cancellation of Order before Dispatch
iTechno Inc does not accept cancellations after the products are ordered.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Products which are/were on Sale, cannot be refunded.
